When registering for Grant Lacrosse, please add the general contact information for both parents/guardians. The additional adult's information can be different than the primary adult.
Registrations are due by February 5th, 2011. Late registrations will be charged a $25.00 late fee.
We are also asking for the player’s cell phone number and carrier
service(Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc) We have found that this is a great
way to communicate to the players. Regular dues include a pair of game uniform shorts. Please give the size needed.
Membership is required to play lacrosse. Membership provides required insurance and Lacrosse Magazine.
Renew annually.
Volunteers Needed!
We are currently looking for
volunteers! Grant Lacrosse is run by volunteers and its continued success is not
possible without all the help parents have provided. When completing the
registration, answer the volunteer question with a yes and mark the box that
matches how much time you can provide. We will contact you with ideas on how you
can help out!
