1-2 People: Create posters to hang in school advertising December meeting and January Registration meeting. Contact school activity director for approval process to hang posters in building
1 webmaster & 2 reporters: Update and maintain www.grantlax.com. At least two reporters provide game reports, profiles, stories of interest to team to help keep website alive and effective.
1 Person per team: Make confirmation calls to opposing team coaches and to scheduled game officials to confirm time and location prior to each game.
1-2 People: Design Varsity & JV rosters; include name, photo, jersey number, class, and playing position. Add game schedules, rules, etc. Make available for players/parents.

Maintain uniform inventory; check-out/in game jerseys to players. Distribute shorts to all players (2009). At end of season, collect and store jerseys and game/field equipment.
1-2 People: Plan end-of-season BBQ: select date and location with capacity for players and families.
3-4 People, Varsity & JV: Needs several enthusiastic and knowledgeable fund raising dynamos to work with board coordinator to generate creative ideas and enthusiasm to raise money to help fund the club.
For each fundraiser, at least one person will take the lead, and 1-2 additional people can assist with flyers, phone calls, pick up, delivery, forwarding update information to the webmaster, etc.
1-2 people: Promote apparel sales to team and school: flyers, school store, etc. Make apparel available to team at practices and games. Determine quantity/color/sizes to re-order. Store apparel, collect funds and give to Treasurer.
Arrange for a photographer, and schedule time for a Varsity and a JV team group photo. Solicit candid pictures from parents to submit to Webmaster/Publicist for use.
Videotape all the games.
